About SAKI STUDIO
Hi there! My name is SAKI, and I am the sole creator for SAKI STUDIO. I'm a full-time software engineer, but I'm also a part-time freelance graphic designer, motion graphics animator, and a Live2D model rigger. I've been a motion graphics animator since 2016, and I'm well-versed around the Adobe After Effects application. I've only been doing graphic design since late 2020, I've transferred many of my motion graphics skills over and graphic design is now a growing job and hobby for me! I just started my Live2D rigging experience this past year 2021, and it has grown into one of my favorite hobbies in my spare time. Please make sure to check out my TOS and Commission Form. Once you have e-mailed me with the proper commission form and information, I'll get back to you as soon as I can!What happens after I send an e-mail for my commission inquiry?
— STAGE I. Project Discussion
This stage starts once you have e-mailed me the proper commission form and details to quote. Once I have reviewed the scope of the project, I will respond with a quote (taxes and fees not included) for you to confirm as well as a rough timeline of my work queue at that time. If I feel that I am missing certain details or information for your project, I will request of that first before providing a proper quote. Once the quote pricing is confirmed by you, I will send the invoice once I am ready and available to start your project.
— STAGE II. Project In Progress
This stage starts once I have started working on your commission. My average estimated time to complete a commission ranges between 1-2 months in normal circumstances, sometimes 3-5 months possible given sudden circumstances or emergencies; I will let you know if there are any changes to the schedule/deadline that I've provided you. During this time period, I will regularly provide you with progress updates and drafts/WIP previews. As I send frequent progress drafts and WIP previews, please let me know if you'd like any adjustments or changes. I cannot make any major adjustments or changes without an extra revision fee once the commission is finalized.
— STAGE III. Project Complete
This stage is once the commission is finalized, and you have confirmed the completion of the project to your satisfaction. There is no revision at this stage unless you pay a revision fee. If there is a glitch or mistake in the export or quality of the final product due to myself, I will fix and adjust the mistake for free of charge. Unless specified a date to publicize the commissioned product(s), your commission is subject to be added to my portfolio on this website as well as posted on my Twitter for product promotion after the commission is finalized.Your commission status is closed. Is there a waitlist available and how do I apply for it?
— Yes, there is a waitlist available. Please e-mail me and request to be added to the waitlist! I will try my best to give you an estimate of when commissions may be open again, and you can decide if that timeline works for your personal schedule.Why are some of your videos credited under the animator "void"?
— Void is an old alias I used to go by as a video animator prior to becoming SAKI today! All works credited under Void are works that I've worked on or created before my transition to the VTuber community as SAKI.
Terms and Conditions of Services
• Full payment is required upfront before the creator begins production. Payment plans may be possible upon discussion.
• The creator has the rights to decline your project inquiry. Commissions will be open on a selective basis, and the creator will only accept projects within their interests and availability.
• Tight deadline requests will incur an extra rush fee depending on the my availability.
• NO REFUNDS after the submission of first rough draft by the creator.
• Invoices are sent through PayPal.
• All assets required before I can start on your commission.
• Please make sure that you have the proper rights of use for the assets that you plan to be using.
• Work will be completed 1-2 months max after the first draft preview.
• Client give full rights to the creator to use the commissioned product in their portfolio.
• Requests for changes and fixes may incur an extra fee depending on the level of difficulty.
• Commercial usage of a commissioned product will be subject to an extra fee.
• All quoted prices are always calculated before taxes and fees.
• Client MUST credit the creator when using the commissioned product.
